I’ve lost 4lbs since Wednesday. I am so happy right now.

I knew dieting and exercising would pay off :)

I miss That’s So Raven so much.
My first day of dieting has gone so well so far.

Breakfast: toast, orange juice and a cup of tea

Lunch: 2 oranges and a banana

Tea: chicken, rice, salad and orange juice and a pear

This is the most healthiest day I’ve had in ages.

Going to IKEA tonight.

I hope I don’t see a Chinese family in my bathroom.
